New Luxury Salisbury hotel

Work Begins on the Restoration of Salisbury's Cathedral Hotel

NTS is pleased to be acting as Quantity Surveyor on the restoration of the Grade II listed Cathedral Hotel in Salisbury, following confirmation that all pre-commencement planning conditions have now been discharged.

The project will see the careful refurbishment of this important historic building, including the reinstatement of the original front façade, replacement of the sash windows, restoration of internal architectural features and sensitive upgrades throughout.

Once complete, the development will deliver a luxury boutique hotel with 13 suites, a fine dining restaurant, an al fresco patio and the rooftop Spitfire Bar. The scheme is also expected to create 28 new jobs and provide a significant boost to Salisbury's visitor economy.
